Stairway to Longhorns

Oh. My. Frakking. God. I'm watching the Fiesta Bowl, and it's half time, and the Texas Longhorn band is performing, and they're doing Led Zeppelin songs.

I'm not the world's biggest Zeppelin fan -- to me, they're the very definition of the word overrated -- yet, I don't think P. Diddy (or whatever he now calls himself) did as much damage to Zeppelin as listening to this marching band butcher "Stairway to Heaven."

Then again, since I happen to think the University of Texas is one of the most overrated universities in the universe, then perhaps it's fitting that they're the ones butchering Zeppelin. But suffice to say, if John Bonham hadn't already died by choking on his own vomit, then he surely would have died choking on the vomit caused by the UT band butchering "Stairway."
