Rocket Supposedly Tests Clean

Team Rocket has gone public with the New York Times and is now claiming that Rocket's name is not on the infamous 2003 list of players who failed the MLB drug testing for steroids. Team Rocket attorney, Rusty Hardin -- note, never let this man be my attorney -- states that they received the results from the testing lab in 2008, and provided those results to the Congressional committee investigating Rocket shortly before the hearings.

The committee has acknowledged receiving the results, but did not confirm what the results were actually were. When asked why he didn't mention this earlier, Hardin said he didn't think it would matter.

The funny thing, reading this story, is that it appears that Hardin didn't actually provide the results to the New York Times. The Times quotes Hardin as to what the test results supposedly say, but it seems to me that if Hardin had actually provided them with the test results, then the reporters would have actually quoted those so-called results. Which they didn't.

So as always, Hardin opens his mouth widely, but fails to actually back up his statements. Second, the so-called steroid result in 2003 means nothing, as they weren't testing for HGH. So just let me say that I'll believe Hardin when he actually provides the hard evidence.
